Qurum Beach is a great place for long walks and relaxing. Most evenings are busy with a constant stream of cars crawling along Al Shati Street mostly with their sound systems at full blast, there is a good vibe to the place.

A couple of times there were several dozen people playing football along the beach when the tide was out, and it is a good haunt for families having BBQs, also it is a great place to stop off to watch the sunset.

Strategically placed along Al Shati Street are four cafes, two being closed but Starbucks and Tche Tche Café were open and always busy. For a pleasant stroll this is the place to visit.
